Teamwork is a core value of the Lancaster Cleft Palate Clinic and a key to our success. It was central to Dr. Cooper’s vision of the Clinic when he founded it in 1938 and it continues to guide our approach to all patient care and treatment today. Teamwork is what enables us to serve our families from their first Clinic visit to their child’s “graduation” from treatment. Our medical, dental, orthodontic, speech, audiology and social work professionals, working under one roof, deliver excellent care and treatment that transforms lives.
Teamwork is also at the heart of our fundraising efforts. Our commitment to caring for our patients, regardless of their family’s ability to pay, means that we rely on a wide community of friends for financial support.
